Hillsboro is a city in and the county seat of Highland County, Ohio, United States. The population was 6,368 at the 2000 census. Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church has been in this community since March 9, 1975. Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church held its first service in a rented storefront building on Main Street. Six months later, the church was organized in October with 47 charter members. Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church is an independent fundamental Bible believing church founded on conservative principals that only wishes to honor and serve God.
