~ EDGE YOUTH MINISTRY ~

Visitation - Every Tuesday night is a great opportunity for us as a Youth Ministry to reach out to other teenagers. Our intentions are to reach the lost and to encourage other teens. We meet at the church at 6:30pm for dinner.

Growing Strong & Growing Stronger Discipleship - The discipleship program gives all the teens a chance to not only to lay the important foundation of their faith but to become more and more like Jesus Christ. Reading through the New Testament in 3 months is also linked to the discipleship program.

300 - Is a ministry team that displays sacrificial service. This group of teenagers is given different assigned responsibilities that make the wheels of our Youth ministry turn. This ministry team is chosen once a year through application and prayers.

Wednesday Night "Downpour" - On the first Wednesday night of every month we meet in the Youth Room for an exciting service targeted specifically for teenagers. Attacking major issues that teens face everyday, featuring our teen Praise band, games, skits, interviews, with special guests, and encouraging lessons from Gods word. The service starts at 7:30pm following our 7pm teen prayer meeting.

Friday Night "THE EDGE" - From 9:30pm to Midnight Friday night Edge offers the teenagers from all over our community a place to come and hang out. Here at The Edge we have volleyball, basketball, corn hole, dodge ball, play station, x box, pool table, ping pong, foosball, etc. Starting at 11pm we also have an upbeat, exciting service geared for teens when the message of Jesus Christ is given.

Honest Oath - This teen led Praise Band gives the teens an opportunity to use their God given talents and abilities for the Lord. The band includes girls and guy singers, guitars, keyboard, and drums that put together a powerful worship service. The main purpose of the band is to bring our entire group together in worship to honor and glorify the Lord.
