About Olympian Clubs

Olympian CLUB is another ministry of HBBC. It is held on Wednesday nights during the school year. It has three areas we try to motivate and challenge children to live Godly lives. This is accomplished through Bible Time, Game Time, and Story Time. Book time is the time set aside for each child to earn badges for learning God's word and memorizing scriptures. Game time is designed to build character and teach cooperation through team oriented games. Story time is set aside to challenge and instruct the children through the teaching and preaching of God's word. It is exciting to see the kids growing spiritually as a result of Olympian Club. In the summer months we have a similar Wednesday night program to reach the children. Throughout the year we will have big fun days set aside for the children. This includes hayrides, bonfires, game nights, video presentation and roller skating.

Our Purpose Is to Evangelize, Disciple, Teach, Train, & Provide

Opportunities for Children to Serve God Now

To Evangelize children by helping church leaders with the ideas, promotional tools, and effective ways of reaching children with the gospel.
To Disciple children includes teaching leaders what significant discipleship is, how to implement it in a practical way, and providing tools to get it done.
To Teach children God's Holy Word, carefully, both in lesson, memory, and in life style. Projects will motivate children to "live out" the truth that is taught. Leaders must role model their teaching and preaching.
To Train children how to serve the Lord, based upon their characteristics and their capabilities. The goal is to do now what the child is capable of doing, and to instill into them that the opportunities abound to serve the Lord in some ministry role as a lifetime pursuit.
To Provide Opportunities in the church for children to serve the Lord in a very meaningful way. To teach and encourage local leaders to train their children to function in some ministry. To provide multiple opportunities for those who are willing to serve.

Our desire at HBBC is to please our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all that we do. We desire to present well rounded teaching and activities that are sprinkled with fun and yet with a serious side in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Please consider having a part with HBBC Children's Ministries by allowing your children to participate and by volunteering to work in one of the greatest mission fields ever - 'working with kids for the cause of Christ!'
