Hours of Operation
The preschool center is open from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

Holidays
The center is closed on Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas and the day after and on New Year’s Day. .

 

Availability for Children
First Learning Center is open to children ages three through kindergarten age. A waiting list will be established when capacity is reached. Participation families with siblings will be given first priority.

State Licensing
First Learning Center is licensed by the Ohio Department of Human Services. We also have a State Building approval on file, an annual Fire Inspection, and an annual Health Department License.


Program & Ratios
Currently, our classroom serves ages three through five. A ratio of 1:12 will be maintained at all times.

We focus on developing each child to their fullest potential. We do this by offering developmentally appropriate activities through a varied curriculum.

Our curriculum includes activities from Biblical truths, creative art, creative movement, dramatic play , gross motor coordination, fine motor coordination, group activities, language, literature, manipulatives, mathematics, music, nature, science, and sensory perception.
